Strachan became Managing Director of the long established Fleming & Co in 1987 before acquiring the total shareholding in 2002. He has used his knowledge, dedication and determination to transform the business, introducing viable product ranges, recruiting an excellent team and raising levels of service, which never disappoint the customer. Strachan is committed to the ongoing growth and development of the company and looks forward to the launch of a number of exciting new products.

Peter joined Fleming and Company in 1992 when the company expanded into the North East of England. Prior to joining Fleming, Peter had many years experience with national distributors supplying to the construction industry and local authorities. Peter and his team in the Newcastle depot have successfully established the regional business, which Peter manages with great enthusiasm. His knowledge of the industry and hands on approach guarantees high levels or service of our customers. He was appointed a director in 2002 and looks forward to the continued success of the company.

Douglas joined Fleming and Company in 1988 and is committed to the success and growth of our roadmarking products. As a valued member of our sales team, Douglas has many years' experience and knowledge of our complete product range which covers contractors' tools and equipment, protective clothing, janitorial and traffic management supplies. His friendly manner and outgoing nature has led to a good working relationship with all our customers. He is now looking forward to promoting our exciting new roadstud range and further developing our customer base.
